UPDATE: They are hiring! Scroll to the end for info!
Watch for a new restaurant to come in 2023 in the Midtown area of Bryant. Christopher and Mallory Santa Cruz, along with Tricia Clark are preparing to open Station 209, a restaurant with a firefighter theme.
“Christopher has been a chef for 20+ years,” said Mallory. “He has always wanted to have his own restaurant to truly showcase his skills and passion through his food.” They currently have a food truck that she says they have outgrown. “We need a bigger space, which led us to the hunt for a brick and mortar restaurant.”
The food will be an American Bistro menu with unique weekly specials. They plan to serve Arkansas craft beer and wine along with the food. They also already operate a bakery called 3 Alarm Sweets, and the restaurant will incorporate their desserts. See the gallery below of some of the menu items in the plan.
Christopher has been a firefighter since 2005. He and business partner Tricia are firefighters for Redfield. “Aside from cooking, Christopher loves spending his time giving back to the community,” said Mallory.
The restaurant will offer a 10% discount to any first responder (Fire, Police, Rescue, EMS) and military. Look for them to offer live music, trivia, karaoke and more.
They hope to open by the end of January 2023 at 209 B Street Bryant, AR 72022. Watch here for updates.
