The Bryant Development and Review Committee will meet on Thursday, Sept. 17, to consider a conditional use permit for a residential duplex and a commercial sign permit for UAMS Health Encore Medical Center. The meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room at the Boswell Municipal Complex. Read more below.

BIG OAKS

According to the meeting agenda, the committee will consider a conditional use permit request submitted by Jonathan Hope for Lot 2 in the Big Oaks Addition, located at 302 Ethel Drive. The application requests a recommendation for approval to allow a duplex within an R-M zoning district, an item that has received staff approval.

UAMS

The committee will also review a sign permit request submitted by Little Rock and Conway Sign LLC on behalf of UAMS Health Encore Medical Center, located at 1901 Encore Way. That request has also received staff approval.

In addition to new business, the committee will review a permit report. The Boswell Municipal Complex is located at 210 SW 3rd Street in Bryant, and the meeting is open to the public.
