The Benton Advertising and Promotion Commission moved the regular meeting to Wednesday September 16th, due to not enough voting members present on Sept. 9th. The Commission will review financial reports, marketing updates, and property developments at Exit 114.
The meeting is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Benton City Hall. Read more below.
According to the meeting agenda, administrative business will feature financial updates, including bank balances, collections, and delinquency reports presented by Mandy Spicer, alongside profit and loss statements from Jordan Woolbright.
Commissioners will also consider an update on the development of the Exit 114 property, with the presentation led by Commissioner Bill Eldridge. The property includes a Saline Regional Public Water Authority easement.
In addition, reports will be presented regarding the Benton Event Center by Nikki Chumley and marketing operations by Rachel Rivers.
Under new business, the commission will discuss an upcoming commissioner term expiration and set its next meeting date for Oct. 21.
Benton City Hall is located at 410 River Street, and the meeting is open to the public.
