Jerry Lee Cloud
Jerry Lee Cloud, age 81, of Haskell, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026. He was born on November 2, 1944 to Virgil Cloud and Loia Marie Copeland Cloud. Jerry was an Army Vietnam War Veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and was very proud of his service to this country. He was a member of VFW Post 2256 in Benton, which he served in various leadership positions.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.
Jerry is survived by one brother, Ronald Dene Cloud (Anita); four sons, Ronald Lee Cloud (Sandra), Jerry Lee Cloud II, Michael Anthony Cloud (Michelle), and Jason Daniel Cloud (Brandy); daughter, Brandy Lynn Cloud Mitchell (Jeff); nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
The family of Mr. Cloud would like to thank the VA doctors, nurses, and staff in Little Rock; 6D; and especially 6E Palliative Care for their kindness, care, & compassion they gave our dad during his last days.
There will be a service at a later date. Everyone will be welcome to attend.
Instead of flowers, please make donations to VFW Post 2256 @ 5323 Sleepy Village Rd in Benton, Ar 72015. All donations will be used to assist Veterans and their families.
Patsy Ruth McNair
Patsy Ruth McNair, age 71, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on January 6, 1955.
Patsy was a woman of remarkable strength, determination, and devotion to her family. She was known for her stubborn spirit, generous heart, and unwavering love for those closest to her. If she loved you, she would move heaven and earth for you. Her family was the center of her life, and she found great joy in spending time with them and creating lasting memories together. She also enjoyed fishing and treasured the peaceful moments spent outdoors.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Amanda Shearer; her son, David Free; her grandchildren, Angel, Chance, Taren, and Brody; her great-grandchildren, Harper, Waylen, Josie, and Denver; and her siblings, Bonnie, Ileane, Lloyd, and Richard, along with numerous extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Cecil McNair.
Patsy’s strength, love, and dedication to her family will be remembered always. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Bobby C. Snell
Bobby C. Snell, went to be with the Lord on June 19, 2026. He was born on December 26, 1944 in Houston, Texas. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Fuller-Snell, his mother, Ann Hall; stepfather, H.B. Hall, a brother, Danny Williams Snell as well as two granddaughters, Holly and Heather Snell.
Bob is survived by two sons, Robert Snell and Ray Snell; a daughter, Tammy Yarder; three stepchildren and numerous grandchildren.
Also, the most wonderful Church family that anyone could ask for which he was an active member of Owensville Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 2:00PM at Owensville Baptist Church with visitation from 1:00PM until Service time at the church.
Burial will follow the service at Owensville Cemetery.
Marilyn Culver
Marilyn Culver passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on the eve of her 85th birthday. She was born in California to the late Helen and Fred Gatke. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Allen Culver; her sister, Beverly Mulcrone; and her brother, Fred (“Fritz”) Gatka.
She is survived by her daughter, Joan Ann Cooper; her sons, Vernon Culver (Jackie), Jeff Culver (Warilyn), and Robert Culver; her brother, Kenneth Gatke (Vikki); her sisters-in-law, Elaine Gatka and Nina Corbin; seven grandchildren, Jessica Raybon (Mitchell), Brandon Culver, Emily Yates, Ashley Nix, Ryan Cooper (Marina), Sierra Culver, and Kaitlyn Culver; and two great-grandchildren, Jace and Aubrey Raybon.
Marilyn married Allen Culver of Benton, Arkansas, where they built a life together and raised their family. She was not only a devoted, gracious, and loving mother, but also a compassionate and dedicated nurse whose care touched countless lives. Marilyn had a generous heart and was always eager to help anyone in need, especially her children and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Benton Senior Adult Center in Benton, Arkansas, or that a tree be planted in her honor.
Ronald David Torres Sr.
Ronald David Torres Sr. passed away peacefully on Father’s Day, June 21, 2026, at the age of 72, having just been surrounded by the love and presence of his family.
Ron was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He was known for his genuine passion for serving and protecting others. He worked for Alcoa for many years and spent the majority of his life in security work, a profession he truly loved. Ron took great pride in his work and found purpose in helping keep others safe.
His faith was an important part of his life. For many years, Ron faithfully served with Royal Rangers through his church, mentoring young boys and helping shape their character through faith, encouragement, and leadership. The influence he had on those young lives continues to be part of his lasting legacy.
Ron also loved basketball and treasured the years he spent coaching various teams. Many young athletes benefited from his guidance both on and off the court.
He found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved good music, enjoyed relaxing with episodes of The Andy Griffith Show, and cherished time spent with family. In recent years, his beloved cats, Simba and Moomie, brought him constant companionship, comfort, and happiness.
He was preceded in death by his incredible wife, Susan Kay Torres, whose memory remained close to his heart and all of ours.
He leaves behind his son, Ronald David Torres Jr.; his daughter, Kimberly Sue Torres Nordin; his cherished grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, Andrew, Ava, Braden, Abrianna, Mila, and Reese; and his precious great-granddaughter, Laylah. He also leaves behind many extended family members, friends, former coworkers, players, and those whose lives were touched by his kindness and friendship.
While our hearts are broken by his loss, we find comfort in knowing that he lives on through the family he loved and the many lives he impacted throughout his years. We will remember his devotion to family, his willingness to help others, and his love of faith and community.
On a day dedicated to fathers, we said goodbye to ours as he was welcomed into the eternal arms of our Heavenly Father.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 5:00 P.M – 7:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home.
