Frances Irene Honeycutt Bradshaw
Frances Irene Honeycutt Bradshaw, 79, passed away on August 31, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ted Bradshaw; her parents, J.B. and Eva Honeycutt; and her great-granddaughter, Presley Anne Eanes.
Ted and Frances shared 36 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Nashville, Arkansas, Frances attended Harmony Grove High School. She worked for many years as an Activities Coordinator Lead with the Benton Service Center before retiring.
Frances was a longtime member of Mount Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, where she was involved in the children’s ministry and Vacation Bible School.
Frances will be remembered for her love of family, especially her grandchildren. She also had a special love for her fur babies. A lifelong lover of cats, she would take care of any cat that found its way to her home.
She was an avid reader who especially loved mysteries and enjoyed sharing and swapping books with friends. And if you wanted to make Frances happy, just give her the Home Shopping Network and the Hallmark Channel.
Frances is survived by her four children: Tim (Patty) of Arlington, Tennessee; Kim Russell (Brent) of Haskell, Arkansas; Michael (Franque) of Perryville, Arkansas; and Brandon of Waynesboro, Virginia. She leaves behind seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, September 5, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Mount Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m.

Frances will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Howard Duane Brantley
Howard Duane Brantley, 95, of Little Rock, Ark., went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2026.
A 1948 graduate of Little Rock Central High School, Duane continued his education at Little Rock Junior College, earning an associate’s degree in May 1950. From 1951 to 1953, he served in the U.S. Army, primarily stationed in Europe.
In 1954, Duane and his father founded Howard Brantley Painting Company. Until his retirement in 1997, Duane led the company and earned a reputation throughout the community as a highly respected and trusted contractor.
Duane was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Franklin Brantley and Winnie Lou Stewart; his brother, Richard Brantley; and his devoted wife of 47 years, Martha Chapman Brantley.
Surviving Duane are his five children: Laura Townsend and husband James of Crestwood, Ky.; Barrett Brantley and wife Susan of Nashville, Tenn.; Charles Brantley and wife Tammy of Alexander, Ark.; Kyle R. Brantley and wife Lisa of Houston, Texas; and Amy Brantley of Hot Springs, Ark.
His family also includes nine grandchildren: Katy Brantley (Ryan), Kyle B. Brantley (Melanie), Anna Burner (Nathaniel), Rachel Rivers (Trent), Claire Carson (Blaine), Luke Brantley (Kori), Lauren Smith (Tyler), Ethan Brantley, and Alexandria Brantley; and eight great-grandchildren: Harper, Levi, and MaryLee Rivers; Kennedy and Kayden Brantley; Mason and Campbell Carson; and Juniper Brantley, with a ninth great-grandchild on the way.
Devoted to his family, Duane worked tirelessly as a husband and father to provide for those he loved. The outdoors brought him great enjoyment, whether he was gardening, bird hunting, or fishing. A loyal St. Louis Cardinals fan, Duane rarely missed an opportunity to follow a game.
Above all, Duane’s greatest passion was supporting his children. Whether coaching their teams, attending their games, or working behind the scenes with school booster clubs, he was always there with encouragement, pride, and unwavering support.
Together, Duane and his beloved wife, Martha, treasured time spent with their family, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Their home was a gathering place filled with laughter, love, and cherished traditions—memories that will continue to be passed down for generations.
The family wishes to express its deepest appreciation to the staff of Visiting Angels for the unwavering care, friendship, and love they extended to “Mr. Howard.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home, 6700 Alcoa Road, Benton, AR 72015 (501-315-0700). Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 A.M. at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander, AR 72002 (501-847-0265). A reception will be held in the Pinecrest Memorial Park reception room following the graveside service.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Johnson, Charley Butler, Bill Eldridge, and Alan Moix.
