The Bryant Animal Control & Adoption Center has invited the community to shop its upcoming annual “Barking Lot” Sale, a large yard sale featuring a variety of donated goods.
The event will take place on Friday, Sept. 11, and Saturday, Sept. 12, with all proceeds directly benefiting the shelter’s ongoing animal care efforts. Read more below.
The sale is scheduled to run from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. both days at the Bryant Animal Shelter, located on the north side of Interstate 30 at 25700 Interstate 30 N in Bryant. For those navigating to the event, the facility is situated right after Fence Brokers.
Shoppers can expect to find an assortment of donated merchandise, including toys, books, CDs, tools, housewares, and furniture. Organizers emphasize that all items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No “early birds” will be permitted, meaning all items will remain unavailable until the official 8:00 a.m. opening on Friday.
While the facility can process credit card payments, an additional transaction fee will be applied to those sales. Because of this, organizers noted that cash is the preferred method of payment for the weekend.
All funds raised during the “Barking Lot” yard sale will go directly to support the Bryant Animal Shelter and the local animals in its care.
