The highly anticipated Buc-ee’s in Benton, Arkansas is taking a massive step closer to opening its doors. They announce a three-day Mass Hiring Event in July. Read more below.
The Texas-based travel center giant is looking to fill a wide variety of full-time positions for the new location. Buc-ee’s told MySaline via email that their goal for opening day is coming up quickly: August 17, 2026.
WHEN/WHERE:
The hiring event will take place in Little Rock, from Tuesday, July 7th – Thursday, July 9th, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.
The event will not be on-site at the construction zone in Benton. Instead, Buc-ee’s will hold the interviews at Embassy Suites, 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas.
OPEN POSITIONS:
- Cashiers
- Deli and Foodservice staff
- Grocery associates
- Gift department staff
- Janitorial, cleaning, and maintenance crews

Prospective employees should note that getting an interview requires planning. Interviews are by invitation only, meaning candidates must submit an online application in advance at www.buc-ees.com to be considered.
PAY:
Known in the industry for offering competitive wages well above the retail average, Buc-ee’s has listed the starting pay for these positions between $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
