Lucas Neihouse caught this nice catfish at Bishop Park Ponds while fishing with fresh chicken livers.

Jacob Price and several of his buddies caught a whole lot of catfish at the Ark River using skipjack and chicken livers.
Saline River – Bass have been doing good on minnows, black salty’s, 4″ green pumpkin lizards, and watermelon candy colored baby brush hogs . Bream are doing good on crickets. Crappie fair on #6 crappie minnows. Catfish have been good on fresh chicken livers, and black salty’s & goldfish.
Sunset Lake – Catfish are still doing pretty good, even though it’s been 6/4 since it was stocked. Fresh chicken livers, black salty’s and night crawlers and bait shrimp seem to be doing the job on catching them. Bream have been excellent on crickets and red worms and Arkie gill candy jigs. Bass have been hitting buzz baits, spinner baits and bass minnows. A few crappie been being caught early in the morning and late in the evening with pink crappie minnows and #6 crappie minnows.
Lake Norrell – Bream doing great on crickets fishing them on bottom. Catfish been biting on night crawlers, fresh chicken livers and cut baits. Crappie fair on pink & #6 crappie minnows. Bass been doing good on top water baits and buzz baits early in the mornings and late in the evenings.

Gina DiPerna Morgan caught this almost 28lb catfish while fishing with her husband James on the Ark River using skipjack. They love fishing for catfish and they always release them back in hopes to maybe catch them again some day when they are bigger.
Bishop Park Ponds – Catfish are still doing really good here on fresh chicken livers. Crappie slow on pink & #6 crappie minnows. Bream good on crickets and red worms. Bass been good on minnows, plastics, and beetle spins.

Robert Smith caught these two flathead & 1 Channel catfish while fishing below the Tull bridge on the Saline River using night crawlers.
Lake Winona – Catfish been good on goldfish, black salty’s and bait shrimp. Bream good on crickets. Bass have been hitting minnows, plastic worms and crank baits

Jeff Armstrong caught this very nice crappie at Lake Ouachita using a Bobby Garland jig in the color blue thunder.
