The Bryant Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Lunch & Learn event in February focused on key human resources topics affecting employers, managers and business leaders.

The event, titled “Lunch & Learn: Human Resources Essentials,” is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be held in the conference room at Baxley Penfield Moudy Realtors, located at 3525 Highway 5 North, Suite 100, in Bryant.

Two local human resources professionals will serve as featured guest speakers. Charlotte Rue, human resource manager for the City of Bryant, and Jennifer Vaughn, human resource manager for the Keeling Company and president of West Central Arkansas SHRM, will lead the discussion.

According to the chamber, the session will cover current human resources challenges, compliance requirements, and workforce management strategies. The presentation is designed to provide practical guidance and best practices for business owners, supervisors and HR professionals.

There is no registration fee for Bryant Chamber members, though advance registration is required due to limited seating. Bring your own lunch – it will not be provided.
