Officers with the Benton Police Department are investigating a two-vehicle accident with multiple injuries and one fatality.
At approximately 4:03 p.m. Saturday, December 24, officers responded to Arkansas Highway 35 near Kidd Street for a report of a two vehicle accident. Five juveniles and an adult were transported to Arkansas Children’s Hospital for treatment of injuries. Brenna Nickleson, 34, of Benton was transported to Saline Memorial Hospital and was later pronounced deceased.
The Benton Police Department’s Accident Reconstruction team is investigating the accident.
