The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a Flood Watch is in effect through Midnight Wednesday night. The forecast has a possibility of heavy rain, with 1 to over 2 inches forecast across the northern and western regions of Arkansas. Flash flooding is a concern as additional rainfall moves over already saturated areas.
