A former school board member is shown in a social media video with a group called Pred v Prey. They are accusing him of sending explicit images to what he thought was a minor.

Lt. Col. Daniel Chism is recently retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard, and he served as a Bryant School Board member from 2017 until 2020. The men in the video say they posed as a 15-year-old girl online and communicated with Chism. They claim he sent an image of genitals to them, thinking it was a minor.
North Little Rock Police are investigating the matter, according to reporting by Thomas Farrar of KATV.
