The 2025 Salt Bowl is going to be different this year, and yet the same as years past. The big rivalry football game is coming back home to Saline County, according to Benton and Bryant Schools.

For years, the Salt Bowl has been more than just a game—it’s a tradition that unites the Benton and Bryant communities and schools in a night of excitement and hometown pride. Both school districts deeply appreciate the years of support from War Memorial Stadium and the experience provided to the student athletes.
However, after listening to families and considering the future of this event, the Salt Bowl is making a big move to return home to Saline County. This change allows the communities to celebrate, right where it all began. The experience will be smaller in scale but full of the traditional rivalry between the two schools.
As the home team for the 2025 game, Benton will host the event at their athletic facility on Friday night, August 29th.
Many individuals from Bryant, Benton, and War Memorial have dedicated their time and effort to the Salt Bowl over the years. Their commitment is appreciated, and organizers look forward to working with community partners to make this rivalry an unforgettable experience.
