The Bryant Planning Commission will review several residential development proposals, including final plat requests for two subdivisions, a preliminary plat for a new housing project, and a duplex conditional use permit during its meeting on Monday, Oct. 12, 2026.
The public meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at the Boswell Municipal Complex City Hall Courtroom at 210 SW 3rd Street. Read more below.

Commissioners will consider multiple agenda items brought forward from the Development Review Committee (DRC), including:
- 302 Ethel Drive (Lot 2, Big Oaks Addition):
Hope Engineering is requesting a conditional use permit to allow a duplex within an R-M zoning district. The DRC recommended approval. - Autumn Hills Phase 1:
Richardson Engineering is seeking a recommendation for a sidewalk waiver, which received a recommendation of approval from the DRC. - Midland Estates Phase 2:
Hope Consulting is requesting final plat approval, contingent on a special DRC meeting scheduled for Oct. 8. - Autumn Hills Estates Phase 1:
Richardson Engineering is requesting final plat approval, contingent on the Oct. 8 special DRC meeting. - Zyair Estates (Hilltop Road):
Richardson Engineering is seeking preliminary plat approval for a project on Hilltop Road, contingent on the Oct. 8 special DRC review.
Commissioners are also scheduled to review and approve minutes from the commission’s previous meeting.
