The Arkansas Division on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (ADLEST) is proud to recognize the graduation of Class 2026-A from the Central Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA). The ceremony was in Benton at the Saline County Career Technical Center and included many graduates from Saline County. Read the list below.
After months of demanding training, these cadets have earned the distinction of becoming Arkansas law enforcement officers. Their journey through ALETA has required discipline, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to the principles of public service.
“Graduation from ALETA represents more than the completion of training, it marks the beginning of a career built on integrity and service,” said ADLEST Director Chris Chapmond. “These men and women have proven they are ready to serve their communities with honor and professionalism.”
The ALETA curriculum provides comprehensive training in legal instruction, tactical skills, crisis response, physical fitness, and ethical decision-making; ensuring each graduate is prepared for the realities of the profession.
“This class has shown exceptional determination and teamwork throughout the academy,” said Central ALETA Supervisor Scott Rosson. “They have earned this moment, and we are confident they will carry what they’ve learned here into their careers.”
