Football and fashion may not seem like an obvious combination, but The EMpact One Foundation is bringing the two together for a night of shopping, friendly competition and community impact at Helmets & Heels: Where Game Day Meets Glamour, Tuesday, September 15, at Legends MVP in Benton.
This year’s Helmets & Heels will feature boutique shopping, a fall fashion runway, a Mother/Son Flag Football Tournament, drinks and nibbles, and a Kids Play Zone where younger attendees can have fun while parents enjoy the event.
The event will be held from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Legends MVP in Benton.

One of the biggest additions for 2026 is the Mother/Son Flag Football Tournament, bringing a little school spirit and friendly competition to the evening. EMpact is recruiting upperclassman football players and their moms to represent Benton, Bryant, Bauxite and Harmony Grove in the tournament.
For those who would rather shop than suit up, local boutiques and businesses will be on hand throughout the evening, with fall fashion taking center stage on the runway.
And parents don’t have to choose between attending and finding something for the kids to do. A Kids Play Zone will be available during the event so parents can shop and enjoy the evening while the younger crowd has some fun of its own.
Tickets start at just $10, part of an intentional effort by The EMpact One Foundation to make this year’s event an affordable night out for local families and friends.

Proceeds from Helmets & Heels benefit The EMpact One Foundation and its programs serving youth in the community. The Benton-based nonprofit works to remove financial barriers that prevent children from participating in sports and extracurricular activities and provides programs including Tuition Assistance, the Mobile Sports Locker, YES! Awards and other youth initiatives.
Local businesses still have opportunities to participate in Helmets & Heels as vendors and event sponsors, and football moms and upperclassman athletes from the participating schools are encouraged to join the flag football fun.
