Plouch Named Interim Chief at Bryant PD
The City of Bryant announced Saturday that effective immediately, Captain J.W. Plouch of the Bryant Police Department has been named new acting Interim Chief of Police for the City. According to the statement, Captain Plouch is a 24-year veteran police officer and has been an influential leader within Bryant Police Department since January 20, 1998.
