Longtime Saline County residents to bring 10+ new jobs with new dessert spot at Springhill
Longtime Saline County residents Chad and Stephanie Rockett are expanding their commercial footprint with a new co-branded Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery location in Bryant.
Scheduled to open before the end of 2026 at 2355 Springhill Road, the development will create 10 to 12 local jobs and bring fresh-baked treats and custom ice cream to the community. Read more below.
The storefront will share a building with Daniel & Jones Orthodontics along Springhill Road. Project developers confirmed that lease agreements have been finalized and architectural designs are complete, with interior construction expected to commence shortly.
The dual-brand venue pairs Great American Cookies—known for fresh-baked cookies, gourmet brownies, and customizable Original Cookie Cakes—with Marble Slab Creamery, which offers chef-inspired, super-premium ice cream churned fresh in-store and mixed on a frozen slab with complimentary mix-ins.
The Rocketts, who have lived in Saline County for 29 years, bring extensive franchise experience to the new location. The Bryant venue marks the fourth store developed by Chad Rockett over a 17-year career, following established locations in Branson, Missouri, and two stores in Conway, Arkansas.
Designed primarily for retail carryout, catering, and delivery, the storefront will feature indoor dining seating for 15 to 20 guests alongside outdoor bench seating.
While the facility will not host private parties due to space constraints, the business will offer online ordering, customer loyalty rewards through a mobile app, and local delivery partnerships through platforms including DoorDash, Grubhub, and EZcater. 🍪🍦
