The City of Benton will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 22 at 6:50 p.m. regarding Ordinance No. 32 of 2020, and then the regular City Council meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
No. 32 is an ordinance abandoning the City’s interests n a certain right of way located along Waterfall Way in the City of Benton; authorizing the Mayor to excute documents necessary to abandon the herin described right of way; declaring an emergency and for other purposes.
