Showers and Thunderstorms will be possible Saturday during the day and into the night, as a cold front approaches from the northwest, according to the National Weather Service in Little Rock.
A few thunderstorms could be strong to severe. Expect a threat for damaging winds and some large hail with the strongest storms. A weak tornado could also be seen.
Some locally heavy rainfall could be seen through Saturday night, with an isolated flash flood threat possible.
Additional rounds of shower/thunderstorms are also possible through next week, perhaps with additional heavy rainfall.
