Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced 35 appointments to Arkansas State Commissions in April 2026. Three of the appointments are Saline County residents. Of the 35, 14 of them are reappointments, and the rest are to replace someone or to fill a previously vacant position.

Shane Speights, Jonesboro. Term to expire December 31, 2028. Previously vacant position.

Jerry Martin, Greenbrier. Term to expire December 31, 2029. Replaces Lane Crider.
