Amplify Fest is returning for another year, with two days of the Christian festival. Organizer Josh Turner said he did his research to make sure, but can say that Amplify Fest is “The largest annual evangelistic event in the country.”
Make plans and get tickets to attend this free festival on Friday, August 8th and Saturday, August 9th. Top national artists are coming to perform right here in Benton Arkansas. The address is 15523 Interstate 30. It’s closest to Exit 116, and is held on the land behind Holland Chapel Baptist Church. Read more below.
What local leaders are saying:
Organizers held a gathering in Benton on May 22nd, to let community leaders know what to expect for 2025. Businessmen Bart Ferguson and Josh Lane started the event with some info and a prayer. Ferguson stated that last year’s fest had over 70,000 attendees… and he urged everyone to start praying for cool weather now. It will be August in Arkansas, but it could happen…. “Last year, it was 80 degrees, and the year before that, it was 180 degrees,” said Ferguson.
Nick Hall is the featured speaker for the event in 2025. He is the Founder and President of Pulse Evangelism. Hall came to speak at the gathering on Thursday. He emphasized that Amplify is a grassroots effort, and that it’s an example of how God uses ordinary people.
Benton Mayor Tom Farmer stated the need for volunteers in all areas. He takes on the role of bus driver every year. Farmer quoted the Bible in Corinthians 10:31, saying, “Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
Volunteers are needed for merch setup, breakout support, the Amplify food tent, beverage stands, Amplify merch, artist merch, gate entry, kid’s zone, food tent cleanup, miscellaneous cleanup, and organize/sort tear down. You can see the volunteer list and sign up at this link.

Saline County Judge Matt Brumley (left) speaks at small gathering for Amplify Fest 2025 plans. Organizer Josh Turner also pictured (right).
Josh Turner said that last year, people came to Amplify Fest from Arkansas of course, but also from 24 other states. Saline County Judge Matt Brumley stated that it’s gone from 2,500 attendees the first year, to millions all over the world because of viewers on social media and streaming.
Brumley said over 1,700 people came to know Jesus at the last Amplify Fest. He read one woman’s letter: “I came here to party and to see Skillet. Instead I met Jesus.” Of course, she also saw Skillet play at 2024’s Amplify Fest.
