The Saline County Library has a number of events beginning in October that are open to the public. Library card registration is not required to attend but is encouraged to take full advantage of library services and materials across the three library branches.
Saline County Library’s annual Costume Closet is open for business starting at 9:00 AM on Monday, From October 1st through November 30th, the library will have a reading challenge for adults. Challenges include reading books that have won awards, attending a book club, visiting the Saline County Library Makerspace, and more. Participants can pick up a printed BINGO card with various reading and library activities to complete, and then submit their card to the library in order to win prizes. Prizes include a magnifying bookmark, a special edition Fall Reading mug, and tickets for a Grand Prize drawing. The prize drawing will take place on Tuesday, December 2nd and winners will be contacted.
