A Saline County man is among those arrested in a massive multi-agency law enforcement initiative that targeted fugitives across Arkansas. There were a total of 39 arrests, nine federal indictments, and the seizure of dozens of illegal firearms and large quantities of narcotics. Read more below.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas and the FBI’s Little Rock Field Office announced the results of the sweep, which led to the execution of 26 warrants.
Law enforcement officers seized 33 firearms, $74,400 in suspected illegal proceeds, approximately 100 pounds of marijuana, and significant quantities of fentanyl and other illicit pills during the operation.
A federal grand jury indicted nine of the arrested individuals on June 2, 2026, for various federal firearms and narcotics violations.

Among those indicted is Terjun Tramaine Parker, 49, of Alexander, located in Saline County. The federal charges leveled against the indicted individuals include felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a machine gun, and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
The other eight individuals facing federal indictments include:
Werrick Baines, 19, of Jacksonville;
Kenny Lamar Branson, 41, of Little Rock;
Ynohtna W. Carroll, 25, of North Little Rock;
Leon Harris, 20, of Little Rock;
Charles Edward Layton III, 40, of North Little Rock;
Jeffery Wayne Murdock, 41, of Little Rock;
Zavier Marqise Rhodes, 23, of North Little Rock; and
Kaylon Roshon Robinson, 27, of Little Rock.
“Together with our law enforcement partners, our office seeks to remove as many violent and repeat offenders from our communities as possible,” U.S. Attorney Jonathan D. Ross said. He added that the collaboration reflects an ongoing commitment to lower violent crime and pursue violent offenders across the state.
FBI Special Agent in Charge Jason Van Goor emphasized that violent crime will not be tolerated in Arkansas, noting that agencies will continue to aggressively target those who endanger local communities.
A wide network of law enforcement and emergency personnel assisted the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the FBI in the operation. Participating agencies included the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; Drug Enforcement Administration; Homeland Security Investigations; U.S. Marshals Service; Arkansas State Police; Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office; White County Sheriff’s Office; Little Rock Police Department; North Little Rock Police Department; Pine Bluff Police Department; Arkansas Community Correction; and the Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services STAR Team.
An indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
