Benton First United Methodist Church will be hosting their First Responders Appreciation Luncheon this Thursday, September 19th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. All First Responders are invited to stop by for hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and dessert! The address is 200 N. Market Street in Benton.
First responder agencies will have a large presence around Bauxite Schools from June 17-28th, according to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO). They say you shouldn’t be alarmed, since they will be conducting active shooter training on those days.
