2026 Salt Bowl Booth Guidelines for Vendors
Booth Space Rental Pricing:
• 1st time Vendors $300
• Repeat Vendors $250
• Non-profits/Churches $100
Game Attendance:
The 2026 Salt Bowl is a home game for Bryant so there will be more tickets available for the home side of the stadium.
Tailgate Party Location:
T. Wood Way between the Hornet Health Center and Baseball Field. The address of the Hornet Health Center is 350 School Dr., Bryant, AR 72022.
Set up Time:
• Setup begins at 2:30pm.
• Tailgate party begins at 4:00 pm.
• Teardown time is when the game begins at 7:00 pm.
Vehicle Parking:
You may temporarily park and unload at your booth site. Your vehicle must then be moved out of the tailgate area. Each vendor booth will receive one vendor pass for the vendor parking area located behind in the grass field between the tennis courts and baseball field. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the vendor area after 3:00 pm. Please plan accordingly to be able to pack up your booth (tent, giveaways, tables, etc.) without having your vehicle at your booth. Safety is our primary concern!
Booth Purchase:
Registration and check may be mailed to Bryant Athletic Office, 1511 N. Reynolds Rd, Bryant, AR 72022. Make checks payable to Bryant Athletic Department. You may also pay with a credit card w/QR Code. Full Payment is due no later than Tuesday, August 25th.
Guidelines:
The Bryant Athletic Complex follows the AAA guidelines for approved entry items. Please do not order or give away non-approved items. They will not be allowed in the stadium.
Late Registration:
If any vendor walks up the day of the event without prior registration and payment, the vendor must pay before he is assigned a booth and he will be charged an additional $50. These vendors will be placed at the end if space is available.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Can food be served at our booth?
No food or drink sales allowed – giveaways only. All food or candy must be prepackaged. Water with a business logo is allowed. No grills or cookers will be allowed.
2. Can music be played at our booth?
Yes, if the music follows the schools’ moral policy and is kept at a volume that will not disturb the other booths. Music will be monitored by the Salt Bowl Committee. You must indicate at the time you purchase your booth space if you will be playing music.
3. Can items be sold, or donations taken at our booth?
Nothing can be sold that will conflict with what the Salt Bowl is doing (must be approved by the Salt Bowl Committee BEFORE the Tailgate Party).
4. Is electricity available for our booth?
No. Generators may be used but will need to be away from the crowd. The Salt Bowl Committee must be notified BEFORE the Tailgate Party if you will be using a generator.
5. What will be provided at the Tailgate Party on August 28th?
A 10’ x 10’ booth space is provided. Exhibitors will need to make sure that all supplies such as tents, tables, etc. fit in your assigned space. Game tickets are NOT included.
6. Will booth spaces be numbered?
Yes, each vendor will have assigned spaces. A representative will be at or near the tailgate party entrance to guide you to your space.
7. Where do I enter the Vendor Area?
Vendor booths will be placed between the Hornet Health Center and Baseball field on T. Wood Way. Extra Booth Spaces will be limited on the day of the event. To ensure you have a booth, register and pay before Tuesday, August 25th.
