The Saline County Master Gardeners will hold their annual plant sale April 18, 2026. It will be at a venue in Alexander this year, due to the storm damage at the Saline County Fairgrounds. Read more below. 🌸
Gardeners and plant lovers will have the chance to stock up for spring. This plant Sale by the Saline County Master Gardeners is through the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Extension Service.
The event is scheduled for that Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to noon, at the Alexander Community Center, located at 14577 AR-111 in Alexander.
The sale will feature a variety of plants grown and selected by Master Gardeners. It’s open to the public and typically attracts gardeners looking for flowers, plants, and landscaping additions for the spring growing season.
Master Gardeners will also be available to share gardening tips and information about plant care. The event is part of the Master Gardener program through the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, which provides education and volunteer opportunities focused on horticulture and gardening throughout the state.
