Holiday Bingo, a Play by the SCL Theatre, and more! See the list of the Library’s virtual events in December

The Saline County Library will be hosting special holiday-themed virtual programs throughout the month of December, along with their regular virtual programs.

On Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, the Community Outreach department will continue hosting Holiday Bingo on Facebook Live. Each week, you will have the chance to win a gift card from a local business or one of two books. To download your bingo card, visit our website, click on the calendar, and find the bingo event you want to participate in. After clicking on the event, it will take you to the full description where you can download the designated bingo card.

The SCL Theatre: Rising Star Players will present their first performance, When Icicles Glisten, on Monday, December 21st at 7:00 PM on Facebook. This illustrated play features a magical storyteller as they bring to life the next great Christmas adventure. Follow the story of a brother/sister duo as they set out on a magical journey to save their family.

Registration for the Broadway Movie Club opens on December 2nd and will run through December 18th. Broadway Movie Club, hosted by the Community Outreach department, is an adult program where you get to watch your favorite Broadway movies and discuss them with the group on Zoom. The first meeting will be in January, so register before December 18th to get your copy of the movie.
