The Bryant Police Department invites the public to an open house event on Tuesday, Sept. 1, to unveil its newly completed David Jones Training Facility.

The event will begin at 10 a.m. at the new building located on Roya Lane, directly across from the police department headquarters. Read more below.

Named in honor of David Jones to recognize his service and contributions to the community, the new center is designed to enhance local law enforcement preparation.

The fully equipped facility features specialized spaces for defensive tactics instruction, online learning, traditional classroom education, and official department ceremonies.

Department officials stated the building will provide both Bryant officers and partnering agencies with the modern tools and training necessary to perform their duties more efficiently.

In announcing the open house, the police department also extended its gratitude to the individuals who donated their time and resources to help transform the building into a premier training center.
