Benton Commission to review Exit 114 property development and financial reports Oct. 21
The Benton Advertising & Promotion Commission will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, to discuss financial collections, marketing updates, and development progress for property at Exit 114.
The public session is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Benton City Hall. Read more below.
The meeting will take place at Benton City Hall, located at 410 River St.
According to the published meeting agenda, key business items include an update on the development of property near Exit 114 presented by Commissioner Bill Eldridge. The commission has no formal funding requests on the schedule for October.
Financial and administrative reports will be presented during the session, including bank balances, A&P collections, and delinquency updates from Mandy Spicer, as well as profit and loss reports from Jordan Woolbright. In addition, Nikki Chumley will deliver the monthly Benton Event Center report, and Rachel Rivers will present the commission’s marketing report.
Members serving on the commission include Frank Baptist, Steve Brown, Alison Burch, Bill Eldridge, Elgin Hamner IV, Luke Moody, and Greg Shinn.
The commission’s next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026.
