Austin Moore Hicks
Austin Moore Hicks attended Pine Haven and Bauxite High School, graduating in 2010. As a Bauxite Miner Austin lettered all 3 years in football, 3 years in basketball, and 4 years in baseball.

His 9th grade year, the Crushers went 8-0 and after their undefeated season, Austin was called up to play for the Miners. He played on defense and special teams as a freshman for the rest of that season and the playoffs. He started at tight end and linebacker his sophomore, junior, and senior years.
His sophomore year, the team reached the semifinals of the playoffs. His senior year, they lost in the second round of the playoffs. Austin earned All State Honors his senior season as well as the Gipson Award for best teammate and The Brandon Burlsworth Character Award.
After football Hicks played basketball and then baseball. Austin played first base for the baseball team that would go on to win the 3A State Championship. In the State Championship game, he hit the go-ahead RBI with 2 outs in the top of the 9th.
He earned All-Conference honors and the best teammate award in baseball. That summer, Austin represented Bauxite in the Arkansas All-Star football game in Fayetteville.
After graduating high school, he went to Arkansas State University on an academic scholarship and graduated in 2014 with a Degree in Economics. He is currently an insurance adjuster with Arkansas Farm Bureau and has been working there for the past 10 years.
