The Saline County Council on Aging is inviting the community to come out and support local seniors at an upcoming Fish Fry Fundraiser in April.
The event is set for Thursday, April 30, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Benton Senior Activity Center, located at 1800 Citizens Drive.
Organizers say attendees can expect a full meal catered by Dorey’s, with several options available. Guests may choose from:
- Four pieces of fish
- Four pieces of chicken
- Or a combo meal with two pieces of fish and two pieces of chicken
Each plate also includes French fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies.
Tickets and how to buy
Tickets are priced at:
- $20 in advance
- $25 at the door
They can be purchased online using a QR code provided by organizers or bought in person at the Benton Senior Activity Center.
Supporting local seniors
All proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward supporting senior adults in Saline County, helping fund programs and services that benefit the local aging community.
Community members are encouraged to attend, enjoy a meal, and contribute to a cause that directly impacts local residents.
