Haskell mayor candidates to connect with voters at candidate meet and greet Oct. 25

Residents of Haskell will have an opportunity to meet the candidates running for mayor during an informal community gathering on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026.

The candidate meet-and-greet will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the Silver Springs Country Club clubhouse, giving voters a chance to speak directly with those seeking to lead the city. Read more below.

Organizers say the event is designed as a relaxed afternoon meet-and-greet rather than a formal debate, offering a casual setting for residents to visit with candidates and discuss local community matters.

The three candidates running in the Haskell mayoral race are:

• Clyde Crookham
• Ray Garner
• Dallas Wright

The event is free and open to all members of the public, and community members are encouraged to bring neighbors and friends to participate in the afternoon visit. The address is 6301 Trace Creek Rd, Benton, AR 72015.
