UPDATE SEPT 9, 2025

Southwest Water Users LLC issued a statement on Tuesday morning September 9th about a water outage and boil order for some customers.

Southwest Water Users Customers, we are aware of a water outage on the West [North] side of I-30. The leak on Hwy 70 has been fixed, the water tanks are filling up and as soon as they do water will be restored. We expect a full recovery by Wednesday Morning. Reminder-this area is under a boil order until further notice.

The statement:

ATTENTION all Southwest water users customers on the West side of I-30.

You are under a boil order until further notice. Please boil your water before consumption.

This can be considered as the north side of the Interstate. MySaline will update with any new information.
