Several developments are seeking approval from the County Planning Board on Friday evening.
The Saline County Planning Board will meet Friday, May 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Saline County Courthouse.
Planning Board members scheduled for roll call include: Chairman Layne Penfield, Randy Ives, Matt Nalley, Kylie Parker, Sherry Spann, Justin McCauley, Brad Moody, Alan Jessup, Rhonda Sanders, Selleck Childress, Jeremiah Oltmans.
Board members will review and consider several development-related items during the meeting.
New business items include:
- Birch Tree, in Haskell, presented by Blake Bell (NBMC)
- River Ranch, subdivision, replat of Lot 13, presented by Eric Schuenemeyer
- Avilla Manor, Phase 3, Lot 7 replat, presented by Rasburry Surveying
- Drake Trail Estates, Phase 2, presented by Rasburry Surveying
- Snow Lane, duplex site plan, presented by Richardson Engineering
- Saline River Views, preliminary and final plat, presented by Richardson Engineering
- Sungate, Phase 3, final plat, presented by Michael Bolin & Associates
The board will also review and approve minutes from its April 9, 2026 meeting. No old business items are currently listed on the agenda.
