The Saline County Circuit Clerk’s Office will host a special “Saturday Passport Day” on January 10, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Saline County Courthouse to assist residents with new passport applications and renewals. Read more below.
This event is designed to help working individuals and families who may not be able to visit during regular weekday hours.

Passport photos will be available on site for $10.00.
Payment:
Applicants are reminded that application fees and execution fees must be paid separately. Application fees must be paid by check or money order made out to the U.S. Department of State, while execution fees are paid directly to the Saline County Circuit Clerk.
Fees include:

Passport Book (16 & up): $130 application + $35 execution

Passport Card (16 & up): $30 application + $35 execution

Passport Book (under 16): $100 application + $35 execution

Passport Card (under 16): $15 application + $35 execution
Renewals for adults and minors require only the application fee.
Rush services:
Optional expedited processing and delivery services can also be purchased for additional fees. Expedited services from the U.S. Department of State cost $60, and 1-2 day delivery is available for $22.05. USPS Express Mail pricing is available upon request.
Location:
The Saline County Courthouse is located at 200 N. Main Street in downtown Benton. Attendees should enter through the east side of the building, near the gazebo. After passing through security, the Circuit Clerk’s Office will be on the right.
