increase line-item Repair & Maint – Plant/Line from $50,000.00 to $72,750.00 for the North Plant Control Panel Upgrade and Relocation,
and accepting Jack Tyler Engineering Inc. quotes for repairs in the amount of $22,750.00
4. Resolution 03-2026: A Resolution amending the budget to be in compliance with Arkansas Code 14-58-203
