Friday, May 15
- Midnight Exhibitors must register their Market Steers online
Wednesday, July 1
- Midnight Exhibitors must register their Market Goats, Market Swine & Market Sheep online
Monday, Aug. 31
- Midnight Exhibitors must register their Breeding Livestock, Rabbits & Poultry online
Monday, Sept. 7
- 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Livestock Exhibits will be accepted
- 5:00 pm 4-H Junior Dog Show & Judging
Tuesday, Sept. 8
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Livestock exhibits will be accepted
- 7:00 pm Market Animal Weigh-In (cattle, swine, goats & sheep)
- 9:00 pm Livestock barn closes
Wednesday, Sept. 9
- 1:00 pm 4-H Livestock Judging (Order: swine, sheep, goats & cattle)
- 9:00 pm Livestock barn closes
Thursday, Sept. 10
- 9:30 am – 11:00 am Youth Livestock Skill-a-thon Contests (Livestock, Rabbit & Poultry) – Show Arena
- 9:00 am Poultry Show Judging
- 12:00 pm Poultry & Rabbit Showmanship
- 1:00 pm Rabbit Show Judging or Immediately following showmanship
- 9:00 pm Livestock barn closes
Friday, Sept. 11
- 8:30 am – 1:00 pm School Day – Petting Zoo
- 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm 4-H Pee Wee Show (open to all kids 8 and under)
- 10:00 pm Livestock barn closes
Saturday, Sept. 12
- 9:30 am 4-H Pullet Chain Auction
- 10:00 am 4-H Premium Sale & Auction
- 11:00 am Junior Livestock Exhibitors Awards Luncheon (families are asked to provide desserts)
- 4:00 pm Old Timers Show – Show Arena
- 9:00 pm Livestock barn closes and animals released
Sunday, Sept. 13
- 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Check out and pick up checks – Exhibit Building
