The event, which has sold out for the past three consecutive years, brings together women of all ages for a morning of connection, inspiration, and community impact. The 2026 Ladies’ Tea Party promises to continue that tradition with meaningful programming, a curated silent auction, and a welcoming environment for families.
Terri Baker is a well-known local business owner, community leader, and woman of faith whose story is rooted in resilience, purpose, and service. After a life-changing breast cancer journey in 2012, Baker felt called to deepen her faith and pour into others in a more intentional way. In 2019, she founded Pretties & Grace, a faith-based boutique that has grown from a small booth into a thriving downtown Benton storefront and community hub.
Baker recently stepped away from her corporate accounting career to focus full-time on her business, ministry, and service to others. She and her husband, David, have made it their mission to invest in the community, supporting numerous local organizations and causes.
“Terri’s story is one of faith, courage, and stepping into purpose,” said Bekka Wilkerson, Executive Director of The EMpact One Foundation. “She represents so much of what this event is about—empowering others, building community, and creating lasting impact. We are honored to have her as our speaker this year.”
