A 58-year-old Saline County man has been arrested on multiple felony charges following an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile, according to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office.
On April 10, 2026, detectives with the Saline County Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline regarding allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile.
As part of the investigation, a forensic interview was conducted with the juvenile, during which disclosures were made alleging that Donnie Earls, Jr. (58) had sexually assaulted the victim.
Based on the information obtained during the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Earls on April 10, 2026. He was taken into custody later that same day without incident.
Earls was transported to the Saline County Detention Center, where he is currently being held on the following charges:
• Rape (Y Felony)
• Sexually Grooming a Child (D Felony)
• Possession of Sexually Explicit Material (B Felony) – 45 counts
• Pandering or Possession of Visual or Medium Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child (B Felony)– 45 counts
This investigation remains ongoing.
