
Bryant Youth Association (BYA) is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Herman to Director of Operation, in addition to her current role as Director of Marketing and Donor Relations.
In her expanded role, Herman will oversee operational strategy and support program delivery while continuing to strengthen community partnerships, donor engagement, and organizational growth. Her leadership and dedication have played a key role in advancing BYA’s mission to serve and empower youth across Saline County.
“Amanda has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to our kids and our community,” said Suzanne Passmore, CEO of Bryant Youth Association.
“Her ability to connect people, manage initiatives, and move our mission forward makes her a natural fit for this expanded role. We are excited to see her impact grow even further.”
Herman expressed gratitude and enthusiasm for the opportunity. “I am truly honored to step into the role of Director of Operations,” said Herman. “We have the best team in Saline County, and I’m excited to work even more closely with our mentors and our entire team as we continue to create meaningful opportunities for the youth we serve.”
