The Bryant Community Engagement Committee (CEC) will meet on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall Conference Room at 210 SW 3rd Street. The meeting will also be streamed on the City of Bryant’s YouTube channel.
Committee members are expected to review the unapproved minutes from the March 17 meeting, followed by time for public comments. Under new business, the group will evaluate two recent city events—the Duck Derby and the Town Hall meeting—to determine what went well and identify opportunities for improvement. These events are part of the city’s broader effort to foster transparency, trust, and collaboration with local residents.
In addition to reviewing past events, the CEC will also plan for upcoming ward meetings, discussing the necessary materials, dates, and communication strategies to ensure effective community engagement across Bryant’s districts.
