The Bryant Development and Review Committee will meet Thursday, June 18, 2026, to consider multiple permits for seasonal firework stands and a new building expansion for First Baptist Church.

The meeting begins at 9:00 AM at the Boswell Municipal Complex City Hall Conference Room, located at 210 SW 3rd Street, and remains open to the public. Read more below.

Committee members will review five separate temporary business applications for upcoming summer firework sales. Arnold’s Fireworks submitted requests for three locations, including 604 S. Reynolds Road, Highway 5 and Parkway, and 2703 Springhill Road. Additionally, 5 Star Fireworks seeks temporary business approval for locations at 23392 Interstate 30 and 5407 Highway 5.

The committee will also vote on a site plan proposal submitted by Minton Engineering on behalf of First Baptist Church, located at 6715 Highway 5, for a new building addition.

Ahead of the meeting, city staff already granted administrative approval for two local sign permits. Velocity Graphics received approval for a sign at Good Day Farm at 3205 Highway 5, and Conrad Signs secured approval for American Abstract Title Company at 3300 Commonwealth Drive.
