Council Members Spencer-Cole and Reed will present several items from Planning & Zoning, including:
- Annexation request for land along Northshore Drive and Harper Road (Parcel #001-04871-000), with proposed R2 zoning. This item will go directly to the full council.

- Rezoning request for properties at 2123/2127 Military Road and 1600/1602/1608 Longview Street from R2 to C2.

Rezoning request for Parcel #805-22100-007 on Highway 229 from R8 to S zoning.

- Conditional use request for a warehouse at 703 S East Street in a C2 zone.
- Code amendments, including:
- Section 3.007 (regulations and map amendments)
- Section 6.003(E) (conditional use permit procedures)
- Section 7.003 (R2 title update)
Public Utilities
Council Member Hart will present a resolution to waive competitive bidding and authorize Benton Utilities to purchase a single-position, true three-phase meter test board.
