In addition to those awards, the District made the decision to honor Mrs. Eva Scudder by naming the Bauxite High School cafeteria building after her. In a statement, the District said Scudder “cared for and fed our high school students from 2005 until January 2022. Mrs. Eva Scudder leaves behind a legacy of love for others and Miner Pride.” Scudder passed away suddenly on January 31, 2022.
