The Rural Youth of Saline County in Paron will host “Holiday Hoedown,” a Mystery Dinner, on Saturday, December 30th at 2:00 p.m.
According to the event on Facebook, there will be hors d’oevres, dinner, dessert and adult beverages are included with the ticket.
Party food will include light appetizers as you study on the history of our little town. • We have some fine folks that reside here atop Sassafrass Hill, but some of the unsavories may be coming out of the woodwork to join in our little shin dig. • Once everyone is settled in and ready to really get started we will dine on beef stew or chicken and dumplins. • The ladies really know how to make a feller feel special ‘round here… Meanin’ dessert of course. Cobbler to be exact. • Thanks to the Silver Dollar Saloon, we will feature Flyway Artisan Beer, Fancy wine and other refreshments for the quieter crowd. (2 adult beverages included with RSVP).
