American Legion Post 19 plans veterans networking event at Topgolf Nov 5th
American Legion Benton Post 19 is bringing a way to connect with local business leaders, community members and support veterans. It’s an evening of food, golf and fellowship on Thursday, Nov. 5, at Topgolf Little Rock. Read more below.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and offers guests a chance to enjoy complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages, learn more about the American Legion’s work, and spend a couple of hours playing at the driving range.
This evening is about more than swinging a golf club. It’s also an opportunity to invest in the people who have served our country and the next generation of community leaders.
Attendees will hear about the programs and services offered by American Legion Post 19. Contributions raised through the event will help support initiatives benefiting veterans, their families and local youth.
These efforts include emergency financial assistance for veterans and their families, youth leadership programs and scholarships, community outreach, veteran advocacy, and patriotic and civic education.
Post Commander Dallas Erdman said the gathering is an opportunity to build stronger connections between local businesses and veteran organizations while showing appreciation for those who have sacrificed in service to the country.
