The Bryant Development and Review Committee will meet Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026, to consider preliminary and final plat approvals for four housing developments across the city. The public meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room at the Boswell Municipal Complex, located at 210 SW 3rd Street in Bryant. Read more below.
Committee members will evaluate requests submitted by engineering and consulting firms representing each project before making formal recommendations to the city’s planning commission.
The agenda features four residential proposals under new business:
- Zyair Estates (Hilltop Road): Richardson Engineering is requesting a recommendation for preliminary plat approval.
- Autumn Hills Estates Phase 1: Richardson Engineering is seeking a recommendation for final plat approval.
- Midland Estates Phase 2: Hope Consulting is requesting a recommendation for final plat approval.
- The Cottages of Bryant PUD: Hope Consulting is seeking a recommendation for preliminary plat approval for a planned unit development.
