The Bryant Development and Review Committee will meet on Thursday, July 30, 2026, to review commercial and residential developments, including a final plat for a new Ashley Furniture location. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room at the Boswell Municipal Complex, located at 210 SW 3rd Street.
Under new business, the committee will discuss a request for final plat approval for Ashley Furniture, situated at 3020 Market Place Avenue. The application, submitted by GarNat Engineering on behalf of developer Ferguson Properties Management, LLC, outlines the “FRC Addition Phase 1” project. This subdivision divides an 11.12-acre tract along the Interstate 30 frontage into three commercial lots, with the primary lot spanning 8.62 acres.
Also on the agenda is a replatting request in the Andrew Hunters Woods Subdivision. Rasburry Surveying is asking for a recommendation of approval to replat Lots 17 and 18 into two revised parcels, designated as Lot 17R and Lot 18R. The property, owned by David L. Ouellette DDS PA, is located at 5921 Highway 5 North.
The committee’s agenda also notes one staff-approved item under the permit report. Pinnacle Signs received staff approval for a sign permit for Whistle Express, which includes the installation of new wall signage and a pylon reface for the commercial car wash facility.
