The EMpact One Foundation invites the community to enjoy a delicious breakfast while helping local children access sports and extracurricular activities during its annual Breakfast with an EMpact fundraiser on Tuesday, July 14, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.
The Riverside Grocery & Catering Food Truck will be serving fresh, hot breakfast at First Security Bank, 205 W. Carpenter Street in Benton, with both pickup and local delivery available for pre-orders.
Guests can choose from two breakfast options for $12:
- Riverside Grocery & Catering’s Award-Winning Cinnamon Roll served with two pieces of bacon
- Biscuits & Homemade Gravy served with a sausage patty
Breakfast orders can be placed online at:

All proceeds benefit The EMpact One Foundation, a Saline County nonprofit dedicated to removing financial barriers that prevent youth from participating in sports, recreation, and extracurricular activities.
“Something as simple as breakfast can create opportunities for a child,” said Bekka Wilkerson, Executive Director of The EMpact One Foundation. “Every meal purchased helps provide access to the programs, teams, and experiences that help young people grow in confidence, build friendships, and discover their potential.”

Community members are encouraged to pre-order breakfast for themselves, their families, or even their entire office. Advance orders help organizers prepare the right amount of food and streamline deliveries throughout the community.
The event is made possible through the generous support of Presenting Sponsor First Security Bank and Riverside Grocery & Catering, whose partnership helps ensure every dollar raised creates opportunities for local youth.

The mission of The EMpact One Foundation is to transform the way youth impact the world. We believe in providing children the opportunity to engage in character-building experiences that can forever change the trajectory of their lives.
Due to financial constraints, many children are never afforded the opportunity to take a gymnastics class or join a community sports league. At The EMpact One Foundation, we won’t stop until the day every child in Central Arkansas has equal access to these life-changing experiences and resources without regard for financial or logistical constraints.
